USAGE: pccde infile outimg [-L]

pccde decodes Primitives Chain Code (PCC)
in input file to output image.

ARGUMENTS:
   infile: input file containing PCC (BINARY)
   outimg: output image filename (TIF)

OPTIONS:
       -L: print Software License for this module

Example:

pccde magstrpTH.pcc magstrpTH.tif
